DUTIES & TAXES

EU & US – DELIVERED DUTY PAID (DDP)
We offer DDP shipping to the EU and US, meaning all import duties and taxes are paid at checkout. This helps ensure a smooth delivery with no unexpected charges on arrival.

Due to recent changes in US trade policy, all orders to the United States are now subject to duties. These are calculated and included at checkout. Additional charges may apply, and duties paid are non-refundable.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES
For all remaining destinations, customers are responsible for any local import duties and taxes.

ROYAL MAIL SAFE PLACE DELIVERIES

Royal Mail has recently updated their service so that all orders are automatically opted-in for Safe Place delivery. If you do not want your parcel left in a Safe Place, please download the Royal Mail app and opt out for future deliveries. You can also set or edit your preferred Safe Place directly in the app.
